How to Order |

Placing an order
~ Orders may be placed by telephone 10am - 6pm (UK time), Monday to Friday. Please leave a message on our answering service
(which also operates when our telephone line is busy) at any other
time and we will return your call as soon as possible. Orders may also
be placed by fax and on this web site (see below). We send all
over the world and welcome orders from customers outside the UK. All
goods are offered subject to availability. If we are unable to proceed
with your order (if an item is no longer available or we are unable to
obtain payment authorisation) we will contact you by email or telephone.
Please note that we reserve the right
to refuse your order, without explanation.
Internet orders ~ Orders may be placed on
this web site. When placing your order credit card details are held on a
secure server. A confirmation email will be sent to the contact email
you provide when placing your order. Please quote the order reference in
any enquiry. Your credit/debit card will not be debited until your order
is ready for dispatch. A confirmation email will be sent when the order
has been sent. Payment ~ We accept payment by sterling
cheque or by credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard,
Maestro or Amex. If sending cash, please send by registered post only. Overseas orders ~ We send orders all over
the world. Delivery is usually by Royal Mail Registered Airmail,
(although this depends on the country of destination) and a signature is
required on delivery. Please allow slightly longer for delivery. Postage
is charged according to the weight of the parcel and there
is a minimum postage charge of £10 to Europe and £12 to the rest of the
world, which is subject to adjustment depending on the final weight of
the parcel. Please note that local delivery taxes may apply. All
orders sent to addresses outside the EU are sent VAT net, with VAT
deducted from applicable items. (Please note that VAT does not currently
apply to childrenswear in the UK).
UK delivery ~ We send UK orders by Royal Mail
or DHL;
our standard delivery charge for UK orders is £5 and we aim to deliver your order to
you within the week for stock items. Regardless of how many
parcels we send to you when dispatching your order, we charge one
delivery charge per individual delivery address and this charge is
applied to the initial dispatch. We can offer next (working) day
delivery to most areas in the UK for stock items required urgently at a
delivery charge of £10 for parcels up to 2kg and £20 over 2kg. Please
place urgent orders by telephone and
call us by 12pm Monday to Thursday to arrange this service. (Orders
placed on Friday are guaranteed for Monday delivery). A signature is
required on delivery for this service. Please do not forget to also advise us
if you require your order for a particular date! Overseas delivery ~ We send orders all over
the world. Delivery is usually by Royal Mail Registered Airmail or Parcelforce (depending on the final weight of the parcel) and a signature is
required on delivery. Postage
is charged according to the weight of the parcel and there
is a minimum postage charge of £10 to Europe and £15 to the rest of the
world, which is subject to adjustment depending on the final weight of
the parcel. Please allow longer for delivery. VAT and import taxes and duty ~ Our
prices include VAT at the current rate where applicable. All orders sent
to addresses outside the EU are sent VAT net, with VAT being deducted
from applicable items. Please note that our prices do not include any import taxes and duty
which may apply and these are
the responsibility of the purchaser/recipient. Should the
purchaser/recipient refuse to pay these costs, the purchaser/recipient
becomes liable for any shipping costs incurred for delivery and return
of the goods to us. (For more information on any
charges which may apply, we recommend that you contact your local
customs office). Cancellation of order and returns ~
Should you wish to cancel you order or be dissatisfied with
any purchase, please notify us as soon as possible by email or in
writing and return to us in an unused and undamaged condition within 14 days
of receipt for
a refund (excluding postage costs) or exchange. Your refund will
be made following receipt and inspection of the returned goods. We strongly recommend that returned items
are sent to us by registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for
returned items lost in transit to us. In the rare event that your goods
are faulty, all postage costs will be refunded in addition to the item
cost. Please note however, that any special order items, altered items o
items made to your specific requirements are non-returnable. Statutory rights ~ your statutory rights
are not affected by the above statements.
